The gospel affects every part of our lives. Just about anywhere you go in Fergus Falls, you’ll find someone from The Federated Church volunteering time, organizing events, and participating in the activities needed for a healthy community.
Boxes of Blessings
We provide Care Kits to individuals receiving treatment at the Lake Region Cancer Center. These kits, prepared by our youth, are intended to provide comfort and hope to our neighbors fighting cancer.
Food Shelf
One Friday a month, volunteers from The Federated Church assist in filling orders at the local food shelf for community members in need of extra help putting food on the table.
Meals by Wheels
We deliver meals prepared at the Fergus Falls Senior Center to elderly residents. When it’s Federated’s turn to deliver, we mobilize volunteers to cover routes for the week.
Salvation Army
The Federated Church partners with The Salvation Army to meet immediate, critical needs in our community. We work together to be the hands and feet of Christ in Fergus Falls.
First Wednesdays
Every first Wednesday of the month, our youth group volunteers at a local organization. We’ve picked up trash around Lake Alice, stocked food shelf shelves, and helped at the community hospital garden.
Being the Good News
Our members are involved in almost every aspect of Fergus Falls—supporting local businesses, enjoying the arts, and volunteering time. We believe the gospel affects every part of our lives and we strive to be a blessing wherever we go.
